Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days
  • Damaged in transit: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
