REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GadgetsFlow.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at

  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
